I had ordered a sirloin steak cooked medium the first part of my steak was fine but the rest of it was burnt and when I say burnt I mean burnt I complained to the waiter he got the manager who told me it was the grill surely it’s the responsibility of the chief not to burn your steak on the grill I again spoke to the manager on leaving again to be told it was the grill there was no apology just a rather lame hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in New York A really bad experience made worse by management total indifference to my complaint. However worse was to come on seeing my review the customer service got in touch to say they were sorry. So no refund nothing really poor service so hope y...

Needed to do an early dinner at 4pm and many steakhouses we’re in intermission. Not Benjamin’s! What an extraordinary porterhouse for two, prime potatoes and creamed spinach. Nice outdoor dining area but we sat inside and got spoiled with great service. And a great value price wise.

The onion soup was full of cheese and great flavor. The ribeye was cooked to perfection with incredible flavor. The Cesar salad dressing was delicious. The service and concern about me as a diner with special dietary needs was the best ever. Definitely recommend this steakhouse.

It was the restaurant week menu. The portions were enormous and delicious. The service was exceptional one of the best steak houses in the city.

There were flies or fleas around the table the entire time and kept landing on the food and table. Other than that the experience was good
