visually the restaurant has come into the days. extremely distanced walk with the guests. service quality a rather high price restaurant not appropriate. we were four, the foods were not at the same time or served with significant delays. foundation for this: too little personal, too much to do. quality of the food. sushi excellent, the rest so lala. positiw one can notice that our criticism was traded well and professionally by a worker of the nikko hotels.

the entries were ok (sushi) but only... measured. the main dish was very nice and was served during the cooking show. the evening meal itself took approx. 3 hours... it was in order as we were among our fellows, but... the last surprise was the bill, honestly very far to be fair, but for the luck this time it was not my duty ...

a wahn. very nice environment, but poor service for Japanese culture. a colleague with stained pants from the waiter, our roommates at the table, who had to show up to pay 4 credit cards before it was understood that the pos was wrong and at the end a high bill.

we did not decide for sushi this time, but for a menu at the teppanyaki table.Gemüse, fish and meat were prepared on the spot exactly. the fish was a bit salted. the flesh was very good! the service was very nice and attentive.
