Very welcoming, professional and friendly staff. We visited during Covid restriction times. Staff were welcome friendly faces. Covid safety adherence was adhered to by all. First night we managed to get a seat to have drinks which were served quickly and good serves. So impressed...were we with Benny's we booked for next night and it did not disappoint. The sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and truffle mash with beans was melt in the mouth and done to perfection. Thank you all at Benny's for your professionalism with a smile. We will be back.
Noisy, meaningless background music. We ordered share plates octopus, arancini, loaded fries and the pork belly. All were far greasier than they had reason to be, with the individual flavours in each dish completely mushed together. Even the octopus was greasy, and the...chorizo it was served with was hard and overcooked. The pork belly was lukewarm, and the loaded fries were an experiment not to be repeated. With so many eateries on this strip, one would think that the competition would keep restaurants on their toes. Maybe we chose wrongly.
After reading several reviews about this place having ‘the best steak’ we decided to try we were not disappointed. The steak was cooked to perfection, the bed of mash was large tasty the mushroom sauce was to die for!!! After a lovely...dinner with my husband we decided to head back with the kids MIL for breakfast the next morning. Coffee was delicious all breakfast meals were so tasty! Staff were VERY attentive, friendly happy to answer questions. It was a lovely dining experience, either day or night. Definitely recommend!!
We have been in Fremantle for a few days and went to all the hip new restaurants but the food here was the best we had. Veal Satimbocca the flavour was superb and serving was large. I took half mine home for dinner the next...day. Husband had the chicken dish stuffed breast and his meal was amazing too. The flavour of these dishes outshone anything else we had in Freo. Staff lovely and attentive without being annoying. Wish I had the recipe. Will definitely be back

Returned to this restaurant after some time. Couple new items on the menu but I couldn't resist ordering the surf and turf. Always go for a steak when dining out. Cooked to perfection with plenty of prawns and squid. It had to be one of...the best I tried in WA. Nice selection of local beers on tap. Partner had pumpkin gnocchi and thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great too. Highly recommend.
Nice lunch, slightly more expensive than usual places I've been to for a chicken parmigiana which was pretty average. Still enjoyed my meal and so did my friends but not sure if I'd come back
Came here the other night for a meal midweek the place was full and very lively which is a good sign had a veal parmigiana which was huge highly recommended
Great food, recommend the crispy salt pepper squid, or Thai mussels. Yum! Very prompt and efficient service. Pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Worth a visit.

We ordered the Italian sausage platter and it was terrible so they took it off the order . Food Saturday night wasn't good and the service was so slow
Enjoy a hot or cold drink. An icy cold beer or a tea with a cake for afternoon tea. Reasonably priced.
