Bento Jacksonville Town Center

My husband has been coming here for the last 2 weeks and he said it was phenomenal food and the customer service is through the roof white glove! He ordered the orange shrimp and was giving the orange chicken by accident and the young lady apologized a lot and corrected the problem. She was very empathetic with not knowing that he was vegan for 10 years! I will be stopping by to see if I have another place to patronize. Thank you for the Great White Glove Customer Service!!

My first time going to Bento. I wasn’t really impressed. The food was okay. The staff didn’t really want to be bothered. For the portion, the price a little more than I would’ve liked to pay. I wouldn’t rush back to this restaurant. I’d try it again but eh..

Used to love coming here. Then they kept changing the menu so much, they removed my favorites and it’s just not good. Never seen a restaurant remove good menu items and remove what the customer comes in for.

Thursday night, Jan 4. No customers inside. One employee standing around spoke with a stranger for several minutes while the other employee was busy packing to go orders.

Need more employees. Need to serve those waiting in the restaurant first. Too many to go orders while there were people waiting.

Good consistent Asian style food and sushi. Love the variety of style and spice. However, why did the beach location close?
