I reviewed Long River five years ago, and since then, they have made significant improvements to their service and added a fantastic sushi bar. The sushi is fresh, and the portions are generous. They offer a great variety as well. I’ve visited three times in the past few months, and each visit has been better than the last. The restaurant is clean, the staff is very professional, the prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent.
The phone service needs improvement. It would be helpful to have someone on the line who understands the conversation better and listens instead of just repeating themselves. This has been a recurring issue every time we speak with this particular staff member, and it's quite unprofessional.
I've been going to this restaurant for many years, but I've noticed a change in food quality over my last two orders. The beef was chewy and fatty, and the chow mein had a strange taste. I'm disappointed with the overall flavors.
