This restaurant is by far the most underrated sushi spot in all of New Jersey. Located inside a ShopRite, the sushi rolls and fish quality are truly exceptional. The management at this particular Bento Sushi is outstanding, with fresh sushi being prepared every morning. In the early hours, they only offer brown rice sushi, but by noon, a wide variety of selections are available, including some of my personal favorites (as shown in the pictures below). Additionally, if you have a specific roll in mind, you can simply request it from the chefs. The only downside is that they don’t serve eel. This place was surprisingly good! I was in New Jersey for a trip and decided to stop by for a snack. I usually stick to the classic California rolls, but I wanted to try something different this time. I actually ended up really enjoying the non-Californian sushi!
I visited this restaurant before with a friend, and I've been hooked ever since. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the dishes and drinks are always fresh. I give it 5 stars!
Always had extremely fresh sushi from here! Better than some of the local restaurants in town!! I would definitely recommend picking some up next time you're there.

This sushi place is inside ShopRite. It's regular shoprite sushi. It's ok not the best ever and I really didn't like their soy sauce.
