2 weeks vacation spent there and experienced a lot! Room: Clean and well-kept, with complaints, no matter what kind. (pillows too lumpy, not enough storage space) a satisfactory solution was found. (We got a new pillow and an additional cupboard was placed in the room. However, solutions can only be found if you speak directly to the people in the house. The hotel has renovated and modernized a lot, there may still be a lack in one corner or the other...but even the imperfect has its charm. It didn't bother me. Yes, up here on the Berger you sometimes have bad reception...then the TV or WiFi doesn't work, it happens especially during storms...but you can live with that and it's no reason to...

We as a family booked this hotel in May 2023 for a planned holiday in July 2023. The positive reviews and the great pictures had convinced us. On July 3rd (4 days before arrival) a message came via Booking: ... we have a conference in the house from July 10th to 12th. This company urgently needs more rooms. Now we need your help! Would it be possible to move your booking to 07-10/07/2023? We (of course) denied this because we had planned an extensive supporting program at the beautiful Chiemsee. On July 4th came the nasty surprise: A commentless, impersonal message via Booking that ACCOMMODATION had CANCELED the room on their own. We immediately contacted the hotel by phone. We stayed in the chalet for 1 week. Our room was very nice, but the bathroom was catastrophic. This discrepancy is clearly visible throughout the hotel, some beautifully renovated and some unreasonable. The price/performance ratio can therefore be rated as inadequate. We were the first time at Hotel Adersberg, we need to say very dear hosts, room top (hatten 304 Suite ) and a super kitchen, the service staff also top, it is really recommended, we will definitely come back. The hotel is located above the Chiemsee with a wonderful panoramic view. The suite with balcony and swing was very nice. Breakfast buffet a dream.
