Ordered “fresh” Pinsa from the machine, received a refunded credit card payment. For operational reasons, that would be fine if the guest was informed which unfortunately didn't happen. (Sunday) Today after dinner at Stiva Laax it tastes like rotten eggs, which seem to have found their way into the vegetarian menu (Yummy). Dinner was missed, despite leftovers and hungry guests. The price situation at the bar leaves a clearly noticeable aftertaste with every sip of the 8.40 expensive sour cider. Portions are rather conservative, which would be acceptable with fast and reliable service. Unfortunately, neither one nor the other is the case.
Large, well appointed restaurant complex on the slopes. Large outside area, if the sun is shining, otherwise 3 separate areas inside. Always friendly staff who deal with the issues of skiers and families well. Prices similar to self serve elsewhere, notable is the salad buffet in the main self serve area. It 's pay by weight, so a careful selection without heavy sauces can be a relative bargain, and heathly to boot.Recommend if you are hungry on the piste.
We spent 5 nights at the Nagens Hütte during our vacation. The location right on the slopes and the ability to ski straight off in the morning was great. The staff was very friendly and the climate in the hut was super pleasant. The sauna area is definitely worth a visit! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thanks to the whole team
It was a bit confusing of how to make orders as we could not tell which dishes are gluten-free. However, the staff was very helpful even though they could not speak English much. The place is big enough that you can find a place to sit quite easily. We wished that they had more gluten-free choices. Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant is really not worth it. The food is very expensive but mediocre at best, the menu is small and a lot of the classics (käsespäzle, penne mit bolognese), which are hard to mess up, are not very enjoyable. The Order did arrive quickly tho. Overall not a great experience!
