Bergrestaurant Bischofalp

Friendly staff and service, but this is a terrible place for food. The menu is very limited, especially if you don't eat pork. We ordered vegetarian sandwiches which had some lettuce on ketchup mayo sauce and sweet chili sauce (the kind that goes with spring rolls) and some cheese slices. The carrot soup was okay. The bill came to 52 CHF!! I think it was the worst food quality to price ratio I've ever experienced in my life (also just the worst restaurant food of my life period), and I've lived here for 13 years and love eating at mountain huts. There are other restaurants nearby go to those instead or bring a packed lunch!

Good food, friendly service, fantastic view. Very clean toilets and nice rooms. From the Empächli mountain station you can hike up comfortably in 30 minutes. There is a circular route with the hotel exactly halfway.

Top service, delicious food, wonderful view. The rooms are very nice and large with a great bathroom with every comfort, delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. The hosts are great!
