Before we set off on our 4hr hike from Käserstatt Gibel back down to Twing/ Hasliberg, we had a quick breakfast at this restaurant which is right off the Gondola station. The Hazelnut Tarte and the Cheese Sandwiches (Regional Alpine Cheese) were absolutely delicious. We could sit outside on the terrasse and enjoy the stunning mountain panoramic view. The only minor thing which could be updated in the restaurant are the interior touches such as curtains and furniture. Bring it from the 80 's to a more conteporary chalet chic . But other than that was a fantastic brunch with a view.
The food was really great! We had Älplermagronen (best I've ever eaten) and schnitzel fries. Both mega big portions and so delicious. I found the service on the upper floor a little chaotic and therefore slow, but I thought it was so great that they offered a family menu that I gave it 5 points for service here too. The atmosphere is really nice. The toilets were super clean!
Went there at lunchtime and had to wait a while until a table became available. The service was very friendly even though it was very busy, came to the table quickly and took the order. Food and drinks also came very quickly. The schnitzel and the portion of fries were very tasty and filling. The view while eating outside is amazing.
Very good food at a good price, especially in a ski resort. Had soups, Käserstatt burgers and Älpler-Magronen and were very happy with everything. We had to wait quite a long time for our food, but there was a huge rush of visitors today, so that was understandable for me.

We came here when it was quiet and there was table service. In the ski season there is self service as well which may make it different. The menu was interesting and the staff were helpful. I had a plate with hot chicken breast, salad and fruit which was amazing.
Restaurant divided: served on one side and self-service on the other. Unfortunately it is not possible to get fries from the self-service side, for example. The quality of the food is okay, but the self-service part is not particularly suitable for children.
This is classic pub/bluecollar worker food. Good stuff, german, hearty but not fancy! Enjoy a beer and the view in between the lifts on your way up to the various mountaintops!
Good place for lunch, clean toilets. Try the goulash soup great value. Directly under lift. Gets crowded but good service.

Just excellent, everything is great! The staff, the place and obviously the food! I strongly recommend this restaurant!
