Dit restaurant staat bovenop de berg en is echt een pitstop tijdens het skiën of snowboarden. Vanuit de gondel vanuit Westendorf kom je hier langs en is dus niet te missen. Het eten is typisch Oostenrijks/wintersport: Wiener schnitzels, grillworst, apfelstrudel etc. Het restaurant heeft een zelfbediening gedeelte en een gedeelte waar geserveerd wordt. Qua prijs maakt het niet uit. Als het zonnetje schijnt dan is het terras beschikbaar. En daarna stap je zo weer op de lange latten.
The had the most delicious homemade apple strudel! Totally recommended it with cream or vanilla sauce (custard) or both. If you are a smoker you'll be in paradise as you can smoke indoors. If you are NOT a smoker then it's hellish. Really think about this as we sat inside the bar area for approx 10 mins and could not wear our clothes again. So food/drinks are good if you can eat outside. If not, beware the smoky stench the follow.
We've eaten here countless times over the years and always had super meals. It serves hearty, good value meals and everything is always freshly cooked. The bar is a great place to sit in winter and watch the world go by as you get warm....In summer the view from the terrace is amazing. The kids loved playing in the play area when they were younger especially with the baby rabbits !

The only place for a cup of coffee or pint of beer.. always buzzing with crowd, never get place to sit, but still a good stop before you start going down. Best time to go there is around sunset.
We came up on to the slopes to meet Marcel for lunch Rachel had lovely tasty chips to munch Lynne and I had coffees to sip This restaurant was heaven at the end of our gondola trip
Ich war erstaunt über das gute Preis Leistungs Verhältnis zu den Nahegelegenen anderen Skigebieten. Jedes Gericht zwischen 3-4 Euro günstiger. Sehr nettes Personal vor Ort
