Berttu's Aeroporto

My family and I visited Bertus for a great dinner time. The food is served on a clay roof title. It is always a combination of three things: meat, rice, some vegetable(usually some kind of potato - french fries, mashed, shoe string). There are other sides you can order as well. Each order serves at least three adults, so it is very inexpensive considering you pay about $30(us dollars) or less for one order. Their picanha (steak) is wonderful! Great seasoning. Lots of rice comes with each order.

Berttu's is a Juiz de Fora classic. If you are looking for traditional mineira food, this is your place. If you want some modern approaches to it too. Go with friends and family. Servings are family style.

Great food. Minas Gerais cuisine! Try "Frango ao Catupiry". Kids loves this dish!! One plate serves two or three persons.
