Bertucci's - Reservar una mesa

We arrived shortly before 6pm and was seated in the bar area, we just missed the dinner time rush. Our server, Margarita, was outstanding. She asked us how we were doing and asked us for our drink order. When she dropped off our drinks, we placed our appetizer order calamari and it was nice and crispy and hot. After she put in the calamari order, we had a few questions on the entrees which she either answered or got the answer for us. When our meal arrived, mine was cold (it was the oven baked dish), which she apologized profusely. While I waited, she came back with a complimentary salad while my boyfriend ate his meal. When my dish came back out, it was steaming hot and again, she apologized. After we left, we told her she did a great job and wanted to speak with the manager. Because they were short staffed, the manager was busy cooking. As we left, my boyfriend went and found the manager anyways and told her that Margarita did amazing and was so friendly, nice and awesome. We will certainly come back again. Giving 4 not 5 stars because the food came out cold.

My Mom introduced me to Bertucci's when I was a pre-teen. It was love at first bite at their Brookline location. The rolls alone always did it for me! As an adult living in Brockton, I remember they had a location in the Westgate mall years ago, but it moved to the border of Easton and I'm glad they are still there. They never disappoint. The Pucillo was my fave pizza from them along with the Tuscan wings that have a hint of spice to them. The switch to calabrese wings was sudden but welcome. I think I like them more. My mind was blown this year when I actually read the pizza menu in full and learned The Bertucci is a pepperoni pizza! My gawd it's amazing! This location always delivers a great meal with a touch of class and courteousness.

Wonderful place for a family dinner. We ordered the lasagna, it was quite a big portion and delicious, the fettuccine alfredo with chicken, the alfredo was more oily than creamy, the kids pepperoni pizza, came out a little hotter than what one would normally hand a child, but once it cooled it was a great option and perfectly made. Had terrific service with a very clean dining area.

I took my mom there for dinner and we had the special polenta and braised beef along with monestrone soup and the risotto balls. We really enjoyed everything and walked away happy and satisfied. Thank you!
