Bertucci's Italian

It was our first time at this restaurant. We love food from Bertucci's franchise locations. But, I didn't expect this kind of food or service or atmosphere in this Chelmsford location.We went for dinner. It was such a dry atmosphere, not being welcomed well, poor reception, poor service. The food was not great. Stinky glasses and stinky plates. I'd say, I would give 0 stars to these guys. I just hated it! Never been to such unwelcoming restaurants.

love the BOGO pizza offers and coupons but, Extremely disappointed that the Birthday coupon has to be used for dine in only. I can understand if a purchase is needed and it can't be used with other discounts, but wish it could be used for carry out. used to be able to use for carry out and with other discounts, which was nice.

Chicken and broccoli pizza was excellent. They changed their free salad. Don't know what they added but taste much better.

Best food from a Bertucci’s I’ve ever had. Wendy the waitress was absolutely fabulous and did an amazing job.
