Bespoke - Reservar una mesa

Bespoke served us the food during our Bodegas Gutierrez Colosia sherry tour. It was a nice restaurant with plenty of servers who did their best to present well-decorated food in a punctual and professional manner. The dishes themselves were good to very good though quite small. I liked the ceviche and cheesecake, bookends of our six tapas meal. I had to send back the chicken because I could tell upon chewing that its consistency reflected the flab of undercooked meat. Its color was rose, too. The reheated portion was much better, but alas nobody apologized for the salmonella scare. Our two “cata maridas” of six individual tapas ended up costing us €56 euros – about $60. Not an excessive amount, but a bit extreme when you consider the fact that we ate comparable tapas elsewhere for €2 and €3 each.

Bespoke is not in the main restaurant area of the town but well worth the walk out. It gets busy so it’s best to get there early. We started by ordering just two tapas shrimp pancake and salmorejo; the shrimp pancake we knew we liked but the salmorejo similar to gazpacho but thicker was new to us. After a sherry or two we ordered cod coal and albondigas; the cod coal was out of this world. We probably could have ended the meal there but we ordered another couple of shrimp pancakes and a chicken bao. All of the food was five star as was the service. We definitely recommend a visit to Bespoke when in El Puerto de Santa Maria.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Appetizer came out fine, but main courses were one at a time over a large period. We even had to remind them of dishes that were missing. They were kind in apologizing. Food was outstanding! Best Vegan/vegetarian restaurant in the area for menu variety and taste.

Bespoke staff arranged a tasting dinner and lunch on two different occasions. The food, staff and atmosphere were all excellent. The menu us inventive and tasty a combination of Spanish flavors with a modern twist. They took care of our every need! Try out Bespoke!!!

We called here for a drink while walking into town. The little sun terrace is a nice place to stop for a beer on a sunny day.
