This is truly the worst steakhouse in Missouri. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I've been a loyal customer since I was a little girl, and now in my 40s, I feel completely disrespected. After all my support, this is the treatment I receive. The customer service is appalling, and to make matters worse, I found hair in my food tonight. We were walking down the street after a show at Powell Hall looking for something to eat, a family came out the door and we asked if there was a line they said yeah they 're usually is it 's not your normal steakhouse it 's more of a St Louis thing That 's when we knew we had to try it. As you stand in line and look over the menu. The cook will yell next and you will tell them what chicken or steak you want and how you want it you will then order your sides when you get up to the sides like baked potatoes, fries or the famous tip potatoes which you leave a tip in the cup and he will cook you up some delicious tip potatoes. The dining experience was straightforward and uncomplicated. I appreciated being able to watch the cooking process and the customer service, although it wasn't very personal, was still friendly. The steakburger was juicy, and the fried okra was fresh and well-prepared. The baked potato was fluffy and enjoyable, but they need to improve the shrimp dish. There was too much bread and not enough shrimp, which reminded me of a better school cafeteria.
If I could give this restaurant more stars, I absolutely would. I dine here at least twice a week, and I’ve never tasted a steak that is as good as theirs. The potatoes are incredibly delicious as well. I highly recommend this place—definitely the best steakhouse in St. Louis! Don't hesitate to try it!

The name says everything! That's the hands down! Great service, any order made, fresh, tasty, well prepared food! Steak, pork chops, chicken, burgers, cod, baked potatoes, salads, desserts...all delicious!
I went there thinking i would get the Original steak i got a Frozen steak looked freezer burn not the steak house i remember I mean, just messed up
so so good. the idea that there is a world in which i may not have gone here is devastating.
