Best Western Plus Mission City Lodge

Staff were very friendly, unfortunately that doesn't make up for a terrible night's sleep.The beds are not the most comfortable, but the real issue is that they are CRAZY loud! It's like there is a plastic sheet on the mattress? It's so annoying, add in that you can hear every footstep above you, and the highway traffic and it's tough to think of why od come back.Pool looks nice, everything else is pretty standard for this level of hotel.

Rooms were clean, staff was really friendly. What really made the difference was the breakfast staff. Every hotel with a free breakfast has pretty similar menu toast, packaged eggs, waffle maker, etx, but the staff who were serving breakfast here were more pleasant, helpful and friendly than any other comparable hotel chain I've been to. Made me feel welcome!

Even their supposed new rooms are shoddy for the price they are charging. When family was displaced for the okanagan fires, their version of a discount was increasing the price and then discounting a whole 29 dollars. Unclean, only interested in getting as much money as they can.

Nothing was available as promised. Half of the breakfast menu was missing. Rooms in newer buildings too small. Washrooms are improperly designed with wash basin counter too high, shampoo and body was, cheap quality. Housekeeping was not up to the minimum standards.

This hotel in Mission is very nice. The beds were very comftorable and the room was very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and the restaurant and breakfast had very good food. The pool and hot tub was also very relaxing.0

Not happy with the attitude. Spoke with front desk. Wanted to speak to the manager. Front desk refused.The hotel is located in a sketchy area. Mission in general is sketchy.I will spend my money elsewhere.

Your typical hotel. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was large, clean, quiet. I stayed 5 nights, no complaints. Would stay here again.
