Beth Marie's Old Fashioned Ice Cream Soda Fountain

My wife and I had a dinner date in Denton and were looking for something sweet in the area. Beth Marie's was the right choice! It has a wonderful location right on the Square, which made for a lovely walk from the restaurant. Right as you step in, youfeel as though you've entered a movie scene. The style is like a 1950's soda/ice cream bar, which makes for a really cool eatingexperience! The area was crisp and clean, unlike most ice cream shops with their sticky floors and questionable stains. They haddozens of flavors, all made in house. This is the sweetest little ice cream shop I've ever been in! The decor is reminiscent of ice cream shops of times gone by. They have a wide variety of flavors to sample and choose from. The chocolate covered strawberry is a treat to one's taste buds,especially on a hot day in the 90s. The employees are very friendly and welcoming. I don't get to Denton very often, but nexttime I'm in town I have to come back and try more flavors! Yum!

The counter service was very fast and convenient, people can have up to 3 tastes-tending to make the line long. The menu was very easy to read-so many choices. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business wasvery clean but old and in need of refreshing. The ice cream was accurate and delicious. The jack Daniel's ice cream tasted justlike it. It was a very good experience. I will return.

What a treat. Rich custom made ice cream, not Blue Bell, Bryers, or some other resale... Had the banana cream pie I'm single dip on a sugar cone. My wife had the courthouse pecan. She said it was wonderful. Very flavorful but really rich. Daughter had mintcookie and tin roof. The second was delicious with the fudge... Mint cookie is just cookies and cream swapping cream for mint.It's ok.

This ice cream shop was recommended to me by my co-worker! First of all, there are tons of flavors to choose from!!!!! The atmosphere is fun and family friendly! The ice cream is creamy and yummy!!!!! Rum Raisin!!!!!
