Beto's Mexican Food

Food is always good here but we went here for dinner and our order was made incorrectly. Since we didn’t realize till we got home I called and politely asked if it could be remade and picked up the next day. Was instantly put on hold for 2 minutes then the line went dead. Terrible customer service and didn’t even say hello when they answered. I’ll just get something else next time. Order was a carne asada burrito plain, no toppings but found they made it normal and a shrimp chimichanga and they actually gave us carne asada instead.

This Beto is not it. Drive thru and ordered and came to the window to pay they gave us the receipt also with a pen to sign for tips on it for us t of course it was weird for me why requesting tip up front then we waited for maybe 20 min for the food. Almost every time the person taking the order always speaks Spanish and they took our order wrong so yea.

The restaurant was closed, and I wasted my time coming over to pick up food during their renovation or whatever work they are doing.

I ask for extra guacamole I didn't get it. Asked for 2 extra salsa practically had to beg for it. I paid $14 at the drive thru Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was OK Something is wrong with the water you guys probably have to change the filter. Taste really bad.

Good hearty shredded beef combo. I ate there until I was full and took home the rest for later.

The burrito was generous in size and delicious; it lasted me two nights and reheated perfectly.
