We were at the Bettmerhof for the first time. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Are perfectly prepared every day after skiing. There's nothing wrong with the food, very varied, always a choice of meat or vegetarian options. You also have the option to order a pizza. The staff was always courteous, polite and helpful. In order to set an example for the environment, the sauna is only heated when necessary. We can highly recommend the Bettmerhof. Even if I want to, I can't find anything to complain about. Thank you to all the hotel staff who were responsible for making us feel so comfortable
We are returning guests. Christian and his staff are excellent. They are very warming, friendly hospitable people who go out of their way to make your stay here very comfortable. The hotel, rooms, spa are lovely and comfortable. The restaurant and food is excellent as well as all the facilities and location to make a fabulous stay
Went half-board for one week. Warm, friendly, comfortable hotel, ski-in ski-out, 50m from chair lift. Food was beautiful, well-presented and varied. Glorious little spa in the afternoon/evening. Associated high quality pizzeria restaurant and balcony with fine views over the mountains and valley. What's not to like?!
Wow! I have rarely experienced that. This warmth/friendliness, the courteous nature of the boss and all employees; the absolute hammer! You can feel the leadership down to the smallest detail. A big compliment

Great hotel, friendly and extremely helpful staff at all times, good food! Our vacation at Bettmerhof was wonderful! We booked again straight away and are looking forward to the next time!
Mega friendly staff, starting with the boss. The food is always very tasty and varied. In winter, when all tables are occupied, a solution is sought. Always happy again.
We have been coming to Bettmeralp for years and a visit to the PiccoBello Pizzeria is a must. The pizzas are always very tasty and the service is very friendly.
Our favorite lunch place while skiing in the Aletsch Arena. Super friendly staff, consistently very good food, central location with nice sunny terrace.
