Wow! While I was in the city, I stumbled upon this hidden gem, and I couldn't be more pleased. I tried the red beans and rice bowl, baked chicken, and ribs. Each dish came with two sides, such as cheesy potatoes, green beans, or an additional serving of red beans and rice. We sampled everything, and it was all incredibly delicious. I almost forgot to mention the warm and tasty cornbread that accompanied every meal. The rib plate was only $14, which is a fantastic deal considering the generous portion size that could easily satisfy two people. The chicken and ribs were so tender that I could eat them with just a spoon. You absolutely must visit this place. You won’t be disappointed!
I have been visiting this food trailer since it opened in October 2019, and I must say, the oxtails and all the smothered meats are absolutely delicious. They really deserve a restaurant that matches the quality of their food!
Betty Jo's is the perfect place for a fulfilling breakfast or lunch. I dine there daily because the food is absolutely delightful. I strongly recommend you try their pecan candy cake; it deserves a perfect 5 out of 5!

Betty Jo's is the ideal spot for a meal, whether it's a hearty breakfast or lunch—I visit daily. I also tried her bonbon cake, and it's five stars!
