SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I worked here for not even 3 work days because I was only put on the schedule 2 days out of the week. I was belittled the whole time working by the manager when I wasn?t even properly trained the first day on anything. He promised me a promotion to $14 a week after 4 weeks of work but fired me before 3 weeks maybe because he didn?t have the patience to train me. My first check of one 8hr shift was deducted $15 for a thin ugly logo polo shirt that belongs in the trash along with their microwaved eggs. If less than zero stars were a selection I would have selected that. This location of between rounds has to be the worst of all of them. The staff there have less than zero customer service skills with even less culinary skills. It took almost 20-25 minutes for two poorly toasted bagels with poorly spread cream cheese. Every experience at this location has been less then satisfactory. I love supporting smaller local business but this experience has confirmed I will not be coming back to this location.

On 7/28/22 my friends and I ordered a couple of bagels and the cashier was nothing but rude saying certain customizations were unavailable but other customers had the same customizations and the worker was very short to communicate with us and afterwaiting 10 minutes of waiting for 3 bagels she approaches unannounced and slams the bag of bagels in the middle of all of us andleaves without saying a word. Complete lack of customer service and a completely unwarranted attitude with us

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor customer service provided by one of the staff members. The lady serving us displayed a lack of basic customer service skills; she didn’t greet us, had an unfriendly tone, and made no eye contact. Feeling unwelcome, my family and I chose to leave without placing an order. This visit was at the branch on Fallen Valley Street in Manchester, CT.

Such a cute little spot. Went in there for a bagel and while waiting in line I was distracted by the mugs they have for sale. Each of them had a different quote. Very different very interesting. Nice calm spot to sit and eat. Staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Sandwiches and soups are very tasty. This location recently remodeled and it looks very nice. Have a wide selection of fun mugs for purchase. The butternut squash soup was delicious.

Love this place! Service products I've not been disappointed yet. Favorites everything, cheddar and cheddar jalapeño bagels. Also bialys when available.
Fantastic place! Their pie twists, bagel breakfast sandwiches and jalapeno cheddar bagels are a weekly staple in my home. Go get some!
