Beyond Juicery Eatery

I walked in with two children. Ordered a child?s drink and one açaí bowl with 3 toppings. The child?s drink came within the first 5 min. I waited 20 minutes after that and watched people that walked in after me receive their orders. I asked the girl if they had my order and she went through some receipts and found it. 5 min go by and I ask again because I don?t see anyone working on it and he said he was just about to start on it. I asked for a refund and walked out with one child?s drink after 30 min. They were handling everything behind the counter they just misplaced my order but once I mentioned it they should have started on it instantly. Should never had to ask twice.

I get lunch from the W. Bloomfield Beyond Juice occasionally. It is hit or miss. Today it was such a miss I wanted to share my reasons. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad which was supposed to be made with fresh crisp romaine lettuce and grilled chicken. It consisted of the bad parts of shredded iceberg lettuce and the tiniest bits of chicken that were difficult to even see in the salad. Grilled chicken, no way! Fresh, no way! I ended up throwing out most of the salad because it was all that shredded lettuce. Waste of money! I am giving this 2 stars only because once in awhile I have gotten a decent lunch.

The customer service was under whelming and the drink matched. I have visited many Beyond Juice locations starting with Birmingham many many years ago and the taste varies depending on the location I visit. Not sure if I felt ugh because it was Bloomingfield, but I definitely expected a better drink and better service. Glad and not glad I used my coupon on a not so pleasant drink. (and this was not something new I tried)

Ordered a smoothie and when it was called at the counter they said a different smoothie other than what I ordered. I was the only one in the store so I asked if they meant the one I ordered and they said yes. When I turned around they went ?oops? and it is definitely not the smoothie I ordered. Not a big deal to me, but if I had allergies it is a huge deal. Please be more careful!

beyond juice is amazing especially this location! everyone working there is super nice, friendly, and professional. i got a citrus circuit juice (recommended by the girls at the cashier) and i loved it. sophie made it with focus and care. it was very refreshing and nice after our big brunch. definitely recommend ??????????
