On July 26 of this year aka my birthday me,my mom and our friend went here for my birthday lunch and I thought it would be nice because BFF is my favorite restaurant but when we went to our table it was sticky and our waitress was super rude she was rolling her eyes and she was on her phone the entire time. We waited 15 minutes for our water and when she brought out our food my mom never got her food, our friend’s said the tariyaki tasted rubbery and as I was eating my food I discovered a bug in there. I called to do a to-go order and the kitchen is closed. That is ok no problem. I asked if we could just order drinks to-go. The girl said we don't do drinks to-go I wanted to clarify that I was talking about teas and coffee not alcohol, and she said yeah, we don't have drinks to-go So I am going them 1 star for lying. I have ordered drinks to-go before and it was not a problem.

I live in the apartments above this facility and it is too loud. sometimes it is the guests sometimes it is the radiant music on a weekend night/weekend . the people have school, work and more. I've been sleeping or awake several times. I thought bff wasn't a sushi place a nightclub. more close
