While I am not a huge burger enthusiast, I can appreciate the quality and attention to detail that goes into their burgers. BGR competes with chains like Five Guys, but what sets them apart is their incredibly soft and tender burger patties. These burgers are on the pricier side, but the soft texture of the meat suggests that they have not been overly processed or ground, resulting in a more delicate texture when chewed. This restaurant truly lives up to its name. The burger, fries, and egg I ordered were all cooked to perfection and served promptly. I opted for a custom burger and Kennedy made sure to get my order spot on. She was patient and friendly throughout the process. The ingredients were fresh and the restaurant was clean. While the prices were a bit high for a burger and fries, the quality of the food made it worth it. The only downside is that they do not use grass-fed beef and only accept card payments. Despite this, I would still recommend this place.

Literally the best burger I've ever had and the onion rings matched that. It was my first time and it won't be the last. I have had so many problems over the years with getting a hamburger done medium rare. This one was absolutely cooked to perfection. Alexander, the counter guy, couldn't have been nicer a really enjoyable experience.
The burger was quite average and the garlic Parmesan fries were underwhelming. There are much better burger options available elsewhere. The Oreo shake was disappointingly watery. The ambiance was a downside, with loud screamo/punk rock music blaring throughout the whole meal. I likely won't return to this restaurant.
First time trying BGR and was bummed we did not get the experience others have had. I requested medium and my friend medium well. Both of our burgers looked like this. I was only able to eat a few bites before I had to stop. Ended up with an upset stomach the rest of the night.
