Located in the Concourse B gate area at BWI Airport, I tried a regular burger with fries. The service was friendly and attentive, which is impressive for such a busy airport environment. I appreciated the discount they offer to airline and airport employees. The burger was thick and cooked medium well, just as I requested. I ordered a well-cooked burger that turned out to be fantastic. After not eating all day, I was quite hungry. While browsing the food court, I looked at different trays to see if anyone had fries before deciding to place my order with Patrice. She was incredibly pleasant and polite, answering all my questions with ease. Although my time at the airport hadn’t been ideal, my brief interaction with Patrice and her excellent customer service really brightened my day. And the fries? I ordered the breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. Unfortunately, the sausage was overly salty and lacked any real flavor, and the cheese was bland as well. They also used burger buns instead of English muffins, which was unexpected. On a positive note, the coffee was decent.
It took about twenty minutes for my meal to be served, and it was honestly the worst experience I've had. The chicken was overcooked to the point that it resembled a rubber tire, and the toppings were disappointing as well.

We stopped for a break and I was looking for a place to eat when I came across this chain restaurant. There were a few customers bustling around while we waited.
Asparagus is OMG. Tuna burger rare is delicious too! Surprising for an airport joint
