Exceptional staff continues to deliver! I was here a year ago, and was happy to see this Biaggi 's is still open and very busy on a Saturday night. This chain of higher end Italian food (comparable to Maggiano 's) had been a solid performer over the years at different locations. The menu looks tighter these days than what I remembered, but still a decent choice of seafood/meat and an extensive choice of pastas. Kellyn provided excellent customer service. She was professional and curtious; she made great recommendations; she knew the menu and specials well. She was very observant and timed the food perfectly. She was very attentive. Food: excellent food, taste delicious Outside: clean, lots of parking Inside: clean, great lighting, a real fireplace, large with lots of table tops and booths, and a bar. Highly recommend. We had a fantastic experience! My wife and I dined for just $47.70, which is comparable to, if not less than, what we would spend at Olive Garden. At first glance, the place might seem upscale and pricey, but it really depends on your choices. We ordered a crab cake appetizer, a half pizza, a half steak sandwich, pork marsala, and two soft drinks. Our waitress, Faith, was very friendly and attentive. Overall, I’ll be back—this place definitely beats Olive Garden!
Absolutely fantastic. I took my husband out for his birthday and he wanted to. Excellent choice. Second time for us and just incredible. The food is beautiful and tastes amazing. The waiting staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all questions about the menu. They always checked the perfect amount to ask if there is something we need.
