Am Rathausplatz, dort wo samstags und dienstags der legendäre Wochenmarkt abgehalten wird, betreibt Parez Wared, Inhaber der Landauer Kaffeerösterei „Parezzo“ (keine 50 Meter Luftlinie entfernt seit einigen Jahren das zwischen Sparkasse und Altem Rathaus angesiedelte Lokal namens Bibulum. Früher konnte man hier gepflegt eine Tasse Kaffee trinken oder bei einem Dinkelacker aus dem Steinkrug die Landauer Altstadt in vollen Zügen inhalieren. Die Außenplätze auf dem ehemaligen, im 17. The self-made pasta with Bolognese sauce tasted like Mom! It's delicious! Also the bowls and other pasta dishes looked great and arrived well. The cosy ambience with good wine selection convinces us and is happy to come back. Nice- tasty- fair prices!
We were here on recommendation and accompanied by two experienced and local gastronomy. No cleaning was possible. We felt comfortable. An atmosphere for stylistic Mid Ager, but also an old bag like I could enjoy food and ambience.
Exceptional pasta, fresh and tasty prepared. We had Gnoccis on Saturday with green asparagus and parmesan. A dream. Also the asparagus salad with goat cheese and strawberries really light and super delicious. Exceptional!
