Quiet, good service. More choice than a kneep. Today there are great 80s tunes playing from Depeche Mode to Bowie. You won't hear that anywhere else in Bad Harzburg! Probably a compiled from an eighty fan. A place for this 30 to 60 amount that does not fit in the older tea and cake slot that penetrates many over heated crowded cafes. Small bites at larger meals can be had here. Some outdoor seating. I love the green and dark wood interior. Basement, but a cool quiet place.

This is a down-to-earth bar with a good choice of beers. Food is served, but the accent is on beer (and schnapps) drinking at the bar - sorry, comptoir. It is frequented by regulars mostly but was friendly enough to a stranger (and foreigner) like myself. Good for tanking up slightly before hitting one of Bad Harzburg's plentiful but mostly sedate restaurants.

This is a to earth bar with a good choice of beers. Food is served, but the accent is on beer (and liquor) drink at the bar sorry, Comptoir. It is usually visited by regular, but was friendly enough for a stranger (and foreigner) like me. Good for refueling before hitting one of the plentiful but most visited restaurants Bad Harzburgs.

Came here since other places were closed. Offers some beers and the food is okay. Nothing exciting, but okay and affordable. No need to eat, but no punishment.

The service was friendly in this non-smoking pub. There were four different beers to taste. This is clearly the most precious drinking water in the city.
