Since the beer garden is in new hands, I can recommend this place with pure conscience. The food is great, the service friendly and welcoming. The view of the Rhine is still very beautiful. Sundays a delicious cake café Short We always like to come to you, unfortunately there are no thieves for me anymore.... I have a little negative comment: The steep path to the beer garden is not suitable for any guest and a little slippery on the wet....

Although you sit on wooden benches, it's super cozy. Great view of the Rhine including Ruhrort/Laar. The food is very tasty u not expensive. A visit is worth it all. The only drawback: to get down to the harbour tower you have to go down quite steeply. It's not easy for you to go, but with the help no problem. Wheelchair users also problematic to get down/up on their own.

The beer garden harbour tower is simply beautiful! The location on the Rhine somewhat above with great views of the Rhine and Ruhrort; a good offer of drinks; small but fine selection of dishes; everything clean and tidy simply cozy and always very nice and attentive staff!!! Here you can simply relax wonderfully!!!

So I find the port tower location perfect! The food is also a very good choice after the card and it tastes very good. Operation is also friendly! A very beautiful place overlooking the Rhine, super friendly service, delicious food, good drinks choice! This is worth the trip from Kettwig to Duisburg, even if we have some locals walking to the Ruhr. The look at Father Rhein is always something special.
