Horrendously treated by a member of staff/shocking customer service. Doormen did not listen to what really happened and decided to attempt to assault me using excessive force when I decided to leave anyway. Completely Unacceptable. No issue at this venue for over a decade but will not be returning and lodging serious complaint in due course as NOBODY treats me like this and IF they do then will go through the right channels, i.e management and directors. Place has gone seriously downhill anyway so good riddance.
Booked tickets for comedy, emailed correct email address as per booking email, requested (within period in terms and conditions) to get credit or refund, weeks passed and not even acknowledgement! Avoid!!! £40 lost
Fantastic place to watch major tournaments. Watched all the england games here and the bierkeller hall is phenomenal for the viewing experience with a full crowd. Definitely would recommend
I almost feel bad giving Bierkeller 3 star because I do like this place and go quite a lot but in comparison with other places that I've rated 4 stars I

Just came here for one drink on a Saturday afternoon, thought it would be quiet but they had a band on singing Oasis and Neil Diamond, absolutely not
This place isn't bad but go when there's sport on and expect a stuffy environment and to spend your time stood upIt gets busy, perhaps too busy.
Great evening had by all, nice food, good drinks and great staff. Fun night out had by all. Really enjoyed the atmosphere
Staff trying their best, but needs to be more of them if you’re gonna sell cocktails/beer towers etc.

Had a great night on Saturday with some brilliant live music the “Nova” covers band was excellent!
Would recommend Bierkeller for Saturday, drinks are good and a free shot, band were really good.
