After we ordered our bratwursts and beer, she mentioned that they usually have their own brews on tap, but unfortunately, the equipment had been down for the summer. A technician was scheduled to come in that day to fix it. Although it was disappointing that there were no house-made beers available, Kendrite's warmth and enthusiasm certainly made up for it! We enjoyed a wonderful conversation about the member mugs hanging from the ceiling, local attractions, and a spa she highly recommended that is about an hour and a half away. BierWerks also serves up freshly cooked bratwurst to go along with the beer. However, I would rate the bratwurst I had a 3 out of 5 stars. The sausage was too large, and the bun had too much bread, making it a bit messy and challenging to eat. I was also disappointed that my jalapeño bratwurst lacked the spicy kick I was hoping for, which would have made it perfect to enjoy alongside the red ale. I think they should consider offering a more flavorful option, like those made by Johnsonville. On top of that, parking is quite limited, so you might find yourself having to park a couple of blocks away on one of the nearby side streets.

We make it a point to visit this place every day we're in town. The staff is excellent and the outdoor seating is quite enjoyable. They have a nice variety of beers to choose from. The bratwurst and sauerkraut are absolutely fantastic! The cheese plates are good as well. If I had one wish, it would be for a slightly larger menu. Did I mention how delicious the bratwurst is? Yum!

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My experience was fantastic because my family sat next to locals and it felt like a small southern town where everyone knew each other. Dog friendly atmosphere with plenty of space. Entire establishment was clean. Parking: Large enough parking lot behind the brewery, did not have to circle around. The food menu may be limited, but the quality is exceptional. The brats are consistently delicious; we often make the trek across the mountain just to enjoy them. The beer selection is impressive too—where else can you find Delerium Tremens on tap? The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Price per person: $10–$20. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

I had a fantastic experience despite all the construction happening! Although there wasn't any indoor seating and food wasn't available due to the work, the service and the beer were amazing, so I can't really complain! The Mexican Lager and the Helles are definitely the highlights. On a lovely summer day, the outdoor seating is a must!

My husband and I like going here once in a while. So relaxing to just sit outside. Sometimes the food trucks that are there are just ?ok? and sometimes it might be just one truck, so hoping if you go, there is food there you will enjoy. Inside BierWerks,they don?t have a big selection of food.
