Big Al's Pizza Plus

The current staff there is very small. They had one guy covering both the kitchen and the front end.The food I had was great though. It's nice to not have to ask for an Italian sub to have oil and vinegar or provolone cheese. The sub was balanced with plenty of veggies and provolone cheese.My sub was only $7.50 before taxes.Their seating area is big, but very old.They also have a bar which is well stocked, but only with the usual suspects: bud, Sam's, and the like. I think there were 7 different beers. Wheelchair accessibility: They've got a nice ramp that goes to their 1st floor restaurant. I'll post a picture of it.The dining area is wide open with plenty of space to maneuver around.

First time visit. Ordered a large Pizza with a couple of toppings to go. Half meatball and half onion/pepper. When I picked up the box, it was unbelievably light. I had thought the gave me a medium sized pizza by mistake. NOPE! When they sliced the pizza, the ratio was 5 slices pepper/onion with 3 slices meatball. The toppings were diced so small you almost couldn’t distinguish the flavors. I also had a 25% off promo from AARP. The owner said in all his years he has never seen this. I showed him the the promo on the AARP site and he said it must be a fake website. Needless to say I did not get the discount and will probably never go back.

Love the food here. My go to is the Buffalo chicken calzone or a sub. I usually order pick up online so my interaction with staff is minimal. They are always nice when I go pickup. The parking is a little tight when it’s busy it’s easily manageable. There’s a ramp so it’s wheelchair accessible. Great place overall.

Very kind ownership and staff. Called from out of town for a large local delivery to family experiencing a loss. They were happy to accommodate our request (that wasn’t normally offered) and threw in additional items for free. Thank you for your empathy and kindness. Reserva una mesa ahora
