Great customer service. They took the time to help a new customer decide on what to order with there being so many different flavors, and recommended a delicious drink that I now love. Came back a second time and they remembered my order. Busy little place in the morning. Nice atmosphere, locally baked goods.

We occasionally run along the B&A Trail behind The Big Bean, and it's a great place to grab coffee/tea afterwards. I'm a big fan of their frozen Mexican Mocha, and I've liked everything that I've tried so far. They have seasonal specialty drinks that have really fun names and interesting flavor combinations.

Nice eclectic little spot with lots of options. I thought it was easier to get to from the BNA trail them from the street. A little cozy, with very friendly staff.

I love the coffee here! Everyone is very nice as well! I also really like that there is a trail in the back, it is very nice to get a coffee and take a walk here!

Tried it for the first time a few days ago. It was so good that went back today. Great service, prices, and taste! Definitely try the Mexican Mocha!
