I received bad customer service but I don 't understand why. It wasn 't crowded and it was just me. A short female server with glasses and hair in a bun. I left a .25 tip bc she didn 't check on me once. There 's a male server with glasses who 's great. But yesterday my server sucked. It was weird and disappointing. I wanted hash browns with my meal. I said it 2x. She said I should get the Slam. She brought my meal without the hash browns and tells me it 's not part of the Slam. She asked if I still wanted them. I said yes, but I wanted them with my meal. I thought they would follow shortly. Someone else brings them out...20 minutes after I started eating!! So I said no thank you. I was 90%...
We went to the restaurant for the seafood buffet and called ahead to see what time it started. We were informed it started at 5:00pm, so we arrived at 4:45pm. The restaurant was only at about 25% capacity and the seafood bar did not look very appealing. Many of the pans were almost empty and the food that was there looked dry. After speaking with the manager, he promptly had more fresh food put out. However, we had a strange encounter with another employee who lectured us about wasting food and people starving. I explained that the food on our plates was from the dried out items before the fresh ones were put out. The manager overheard and acknowledged that the employee was a bit odd. Despit...
Yes it's big boy, so my immediate expectation is low...this has been evident since it 1st started to decline... But besides the very nice server...the food is horrible! I asked for over easy, got over hard...everything seemed like it went for the breakfast bar to our plate... Cold, hard pancakes, cold rubber bacon, cold sausage, cold dry tasteless hashbrowns...my fiance had French toast...but had to drown in syrup to eat... The goal was to get full...not waste food or money...not worth complaining to our server...not her fault...so mission accomplished, we got full....but definitely will not be back...sad....was such an icon
After driving 45 minutes with 4 hungry kids my wife and I entered this restaurant and were left standing at the front door for nearly 10 minutes while the staff walked right past us and avoided acknowledging our presence. Then after some time rather than being greeted we were told they JUST went on a 30 minute hold and could not serve anyone for another half hour. Suffice to say that we left and will never return and STRONGLY discourage anyone from supporting a restaurant that treats people this way in 2023!

This restaurant was terrible. The food was horrible. I ordered cinnamon french toast and it was soggy. It had no flavor, just soggy bread. There were only 2 servers working, and both seemed too old for the job. The female server could barely walk, and the male server was obnoxious and unprofessional. I will never be coming back here.
Food took forever! They've changed their tartar sauce recipe! Waitress was nice, but my SIL never got his burger, and I didn't get my salad! We had 2 little ones, so the wait got pretty difficult. Booster seats were disgusting!
David was a fantastic server and catered to my family with every request we needed. Very attentive. Loved his and my friend Angela's banter as she's been coming to the location for years!
The food was tasty. It was evident that they were understaffed as we had to request crayons for the kids' menu and utensils. The salad bar was available for self-service.

Rude unbathed staff. No plates at bufet. Tables nasty Highly recommend as a place that needs a visit from the health department and the better business bureau.
Julia the server was funny and warm. Manager Laura did amazing with helping us. The food was amazing I personally got the slim Jim and I highly recommend it.
