I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and it's a fantastic place. I particularly appreciate the carry-out service; the staff is always very friendly, from the moment I place my order over the phone to when I pick it up. They are very accommodating. I've had a few negative experiences with the waitstaff—maybe three times in the 20 years I've been coming here—but overall, most of the staff are down-to-earth and welcoming.
The restaurant is very clean and has a friendly staff. The temperature is comfortable, which is important to me since I dislike feeling cold while trying to relax and enjoy my meal. The food is fresh, but I felt the portion sizes could be larger, and I say this as someone who doesn't typically eat large portions. I was also disappointed that there isn't a salad bar option. However, the desserts were delightful!
