The waitress was amazing she was on the ball. The cook was good. Food came out really quickly I was amazed. I did order the new ultimate Blondie to go. They put the Blondie and the ice cream together and the whipped cream with a cherry in a separate container. By the time I got home the ice cream was melted and leaked all out of the container all over my food that I brought home. I have always had the ice cream in its own container with a lid not in a clam shell to go container that will leak everyplace. But other then that the new chicken sandwich is really good on the brioche bun. The waitress was great! But upset I lost most of my sandwich because of how they packaged the desert
I literally just WALKED OUT OF THIS RESTAURANT! I stood at the hostess stand while I watched server's walk past and there was a young and cashing people out and nobody acknowledged waiting to be seated until another customer came from the dining area tocash out and finally asked are you going to seat me? There's nothing like being ignored and the entire staff acting like theydon't see a paying customer wanting to come in and dine. Went elsewhere tonight where they are interested in paying customersand are greeting them and acknowledging them when they enter your establishment.

It wasn't until another customer came from the dining area to pay their bill that anyone finally asked if I needed to be seated. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored while the entire staff acts like they don't see a paying customer wanting to dine. I decided to go elsewhere tonight, where they actually value their customers and greet them as soon as they enter.
Ordered onion rings with my meal, came with fries, so asked our server for the rings. Waited as my burger became cold. Looking forward to the rings with my burger. Well, the rings never came and twenty minutes later the server came and apologized and after another 5-10 or so, asked if I wanted them boxed up to take home. At this point, I decided to just say no, I know myself and I knew nothing good would have come from saying anything.Now to be fair, we have had many fine meals at this location, but I walked out not in a good mood.

However, I have to say I'm quite disappointed. Yesterday, I ordered two SlimJim sandwiches because I occasionally crave them. Unfortunately, the SlimJims I received were the worst I've ever had! One was completely inedible, and I threw it away right away. I kept one to show how it looked when I received it. I might give it another try someday, but not in the immediate future. You'll see the pictures of what I got below. Please improve your quality; you'll see better results!
One of us indulged in the all-you-can-eat breakfast bar, while we also ordered a large, juicy hamburger loaded with toppings and a tasty veggie omelet. I really appreciate restaurants like this that have maintained their high-quality food for over 60 years. As soon as you step inside, you know exactly what to expect: excellent food, friendly service, and a meal that won’t break the bank. If you have room for dessert, the pies are just as delightful as ever!
Our server was lively and extremely friendly. The service was quick, and our dishes were delicious. They also offer Halal options. Next time, I’m definitely going to save room for pie! The Best Big Boys I?ve ever been to. Abdul was very, warm and also welcoming to the restaurant the kids even enjoyed him. Our waitress was also very nice and took really good care of us . Thank you all for your wonderful service we will be retiring.

Pulled up to big boy in garden city cause the big boy in ann arbor and ypsilanti closed down so took the trip down Ford rd. I am so glad I made the trip cause the food and service were great.
15 minute wait for server to get me a table. She never came. I left. The couple ahead of me waited 20 minutes for their check they were still waiting when I left.
