the brisket, ribs, smoked chicken breast, and the smashed pigtail were top kerbe. I had 5 of their 7 (or 6) sauces, all of which were great. they had described accordingly by the popular bangin sauce, to the sweet white sauce, the sweet honey sauce is the way to go. the sides were also very good. the owner recommended the potato salad, and I will say lists to this man! the green beans were seasoned for perfection and the mac n cheese was approved by the ancestors, straight ahead! I also ordered the smashed pork chop over rice, and my grandmother has been dead for at least 18 years, but I think she is in this kitchen with elvis and tupac, because no young buck occurs there again on these plates. short, they are worth whatever it takes to get there. what keeps me from a straight 5-star rating. as PITMASTER/CHEF/CERTIFIED bbq judge/ small business owner. is how the cut is cut. hear them, the portions were more than sufficient, the taste is worth going back for more, the tenderness moistness of the meat was mouth watering. but my two big slices were cut with the grain instead of against it. that may not be of importance in the great scheme of the dinge. but for those who bbq is more than just eating good, it is an art. that's important. b4 gets my full support and vote!
