I placed an online order at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the same items twice, so I called to correct the error to prevent the company from losing money. However, I was met with rude and abusive behavior over the phone. Ironically, I had decided to give them another chance after a previous experience where the chicken I received was undercooked and had to be finished in the oven. It seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment.
I ordered a pizza for takeout and found a hair in it. I called and spoke to Ash, who didn't seem too bothered. I mentioned the hygiene issue but he didn't sound concerned. I told him they could pick up the evidence but he wasn't interested. He suggested bringing it in, but I pointed out that since it was a hygiene issue caused by them, I would have expected them to pick it up. He said that wouldn't happen.
Poor customer service food was 30 minutes I called to find out when its coming they said its coming and put the phone down on me without a sorry. They didn't listen to the note for no salt and vinegar. Won't be ordering from them again and I was a loyal customer to. They need better customer service and learn how to read notes on orders before they kill someone. 100% disappointed
Truly awful. Drive through is pointless every car was sent out to the car park to wait. Food took ages to arrive. When it did the chips were disgusting cold, texture of card board, dry and no salt vinegar. Chicken burger was lukewarm and dull. Won’t be going back… Reserva una mesa ahora
This is one of the worst take out places. I order masala fish via Uber eats and gave some additional instructions. What I got was a mushy sloppy mess that was inedible. Will never order from here. When I complained. I got a £3 refund. Disgusting customer service.
I was served by Sehrish, she had lovely manners and overall just had a beautiful personality she had great customer service honestly, I hope she sees this and gets a raise or some type of enrichment thank you!
Shittt service. I ordered collection pizza from them. They didn’t put pepperoni in it. Even though i paid for extra pepperoni. My daughter didn’t eat it because she only likes her pizza with pepperoni.
