Today I have the pleasure of changing my negative comment from 11 months ago from my last order to a very positive comment. My order was taken care of quickly (Just Eat) the man from the restaurant called me to say that the order was going to be a little delayed, but he offered me a drink for the trouble caused. I have the great pleasure of seeing that the orders are delivered carefully, the crème brûlée are also well taken care of in the packaging. The appreciation of the service, the approach to the customer and the detail, the dishes ordered were hot and good, the delivery too. This small restaurant offers a range of burgers and bagels. The burgers were presented on a trendy slate plate with skin-on fries and miniature dishes of tortilla chips, salsa and olives. The burgers tasted good as well as being fashionably presented. Soft drinks and coffee are available. You can watch the food preparation as it is in an open area; generally a sign of confidence in the hygiene standards. The restaurant was busy, with people eating in and frequent callers to collect takeaways. The prices were very reasonable for Switzerland, only slightly more expensive than the well-known burger chains but much nicer. The sketch! We order 3 burgers at 6 p.m., waiting time 70 minutes. Okay, we're in no hurry... at 7:30 p.m., on the phone we're told that the delivery guy is leaving in 10 minutes. Okay... 8 p.m., after 2 hours of waiting for 3 burgers, we call to cancel our order and are very poorly received on the phone, we are told that the delivery man will be there in 5 minutes.... 25 minutes later, 2h30 later having placed an order, the poor delivery man who was not even informed of the cancellation by his colleague ! shows up at our door. Thanks to him for his business sense and his apologies, but we had already started preparing another supper. We will never recommend them again!

We decided to go with burger and fries and foudn to our surprise that the bap was made of fresh nicely toasted bread, the meat itself was well cooked with good accompaniments and the fries were crisp not oily with skins-on .Compared to other restaurants prices were very reasonable Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered three burgers at 6 p.m. two hours later they are still not there. I call and they tell me it will arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later still nothing. I cracked two eggs into a frying pan and made myself an omelette.

The food is very good but unfortunately the waiting time is quite long. Don't be in a hurry. Home OK but nothing more. I would go back for the food but not for the customer management.
