This location has a very friendly and well maintained staff. The host welcomed us kindly and carefully honored our seating. With our server Chris, it got even better. He gave us a lot of time to check the menu and select drinks and entrees. Although we sit outside, our table service was very timely. Chris was extremely attentive and assured that we had a pleasant culinary experience. The ducks were beautifully plated. My Hickory Burger was 3/5?; the hickory taste was too weak. But the truffle friars were excellent. My wife rated her lentilburger with sweet potatoes 5/5??. The drinks? Sweet tea and lemonade? The outdoor dining area was very clean and well maintained. We have been to this location twice. Its typically good but has gotten really bad. On Saturday it was a 45 minute wait to be sat. While we had a good server, the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. The burgers were tough. Then we ordered 2 milkshakes and it took another 45 minutes to an hour. I left while my husband and daughter waited. The milkshakes arrived melted. There was no manager on duty and they refused to refund the milkshakes. When my husband asked to leave and get a refund on the shakes they refused and they all of a sudden appeared in 5 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and money. Worst experience ever at this restaurant. We came at 12:30 and didn't leave until almost 3:30. Big wast...

LOVED my garlic parmesan fries! Of course my burger was fantastic but those fries...I asked for the BOB sauce to dip them in instead of the sauce they brought me and it just tipped them over the edge. The cookies and cream shake that followed is the best shake I've ever tasted. Hands down. It was totally worth the after effects brought to me by lactose intolerance. Will be back soon

Great food for a nice night out. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It isn't a fancy expensive gourmet place but it was a very well maintained, clean, and comfortable experience. The staff was professional and friendly. If you go, you have to try the chocolate cake shake and the house made chips, they were incredible!

Gave our order to someone else who left the restaurant with our order and big orange tried to give it to us! Waited 30min for a re cook, the received cold dried up burger and missing my truffle fries. Awful no way did they re cook our food after a child rummaged thru it. Clearly just a repackage andLeft out my 6.50fries

I enjoyed the vegan shakes they offer. You? re sweet, creamy and mouthwater rich delectable! This restaurant is located in a shopping area and close to a movie theatre that is very comfortable and an excellent area for a leisure walk to stop. Your shakes provide a pleasantly delicious treat.

The best burger since I moved into the small rocks. Burger cooked for perfection and the fig jam is legit. Only minus is it took a long time (until the food was there) to get the shake. Aint a favorable Burger joint expect to spend about 50 for 2 people. I'm back.

Consistently excellent. Casual, fun atmosphere. Busy staff stays on point (great service). Burgers were great! Kids LOVED the fried chicken sandwich. Wish we had saved room for a shake...

Pricey. Small portion (extra charge for sides). Good burgers. The servers are friendly and fast. The place and the atmosphere remind me of California.
