i just don’t get the hype. fries are bland and soggy. is it that hard to use some seasoning? burger was small and lettuce on it was soggy. small drink came with the meal and it was almost 20$. what a rip off. go to portillos or even wendy’s for a better burger and fries.

Visit every few weeks and have yet to have anything less than a great experience. Food is hot, fresh, and tasty. Service is fast and pleasant. No pricier than Portillo's...
