I can hardly believe how rude the young girl at the register was during our visit tonight. We arrived at 7:45, and she had a terrible attitude when we informed her that we wanted to dine in. She was so busy sighing in annoyance that she didn’t even take half of our order correctly. Despite the restaurant being open until nine, she turned off the open sign at 8:05. When a customer inquired about it, she simply stated they needed time to clean. We noticed her eating food behind the counter, then cleaning tables, and handling food—all without washing her hands even once. I've been searching for a great pizza in the area since New York Pizza closed down about two years ago, and I finally found it! The pizza I ordered was DELICIOUS! I placed my order through DoorDash, and my driver was fantastic. The pizza arrived hot with a homemade crust, which is exactly how I like it. For me, a good crust can make or break an 18" cheese pizza. I also got a small garden salad on the side, and it was incredibly fresh and crispy, with delicious ranch dressing. I'm so happy to have discovered my new go-to pizza place—Big Sergio's Pizza!

This restaurant is overpriced. They charge $21.95 for a basic pizza, and then an additional $2.75 for each topping, which brought the total to $35 for a pie with very few toppings! There are places nearby where you can get two or even three two-topping pizzas along with wings and a 2-liter soda for just $5 more than what I paid. Additionally, for the $2.75 per topping, we received very little compared to what I've seen in other reviews and pictures from their store.

Recommend by a co worker I was very excited to try this pizza. Picked it up, liked the looks of the restaurant and menu, it smelled amazing! After getting it home and opening the box it looked equally good as it smelled which is the only reason it even got a 2 star. The entire pizza ended to edge was completely burnt. The pizza arrived at room temperature, which was disappointing since we only live about 1-2 miles from the restaurant, so it should have been piping hot. However, the flavor was fantastic, and the portions of toppings were generous. The salads were beautifully presented as well. I just wish the pizza had been served hot.

Got the Chicken Alfredo with spinach and broccoli and the pasta Penne a la Vodka. Absolutely DELICIOUS! Huge portions and great flavor. Also came with salads and garlic bread. Would definitely order again!

Excellent, light airy crust with a crisp exterior. Sauce is perfect. Cheese is high quality. This is a real competitor if youre looking for quality. Calzone, cheese sticks and pizza were all excellent.
