I have visited this restaurant many times and have always enjoyed their excellent wings and other menu items. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing during my most recent visit. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak, but there were more onions than meat on the sandwich despite requesting no onions. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of salt or seasoning on the sandwich, which was unacceptable. Not only was the food subpar, but the restaurant could also use a thorough cleaning. I will not be returning to this location and will find another BSB's to dine at in the future.
easily the best wings in the area. with that being said, the newer staff over the course of this year simply doesn't prepare the food as well as previous staff. for someone who patronizes this location weekly/bi-weekly, i've been disappointed with my order the last 5-6 times i've ordered here. i have no complaints with prices going up due to supply chain issues, however i'm simply going to a different location moving forward.
I would ask for a refund but I doubt I’d see the money this place is horrible! They don’t read the notes ! The only thing right on my order was my kids food ! Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it way to pricey for the nasty food they give you
I gave a 2 because it was ready when I arrived. Bread cracked indicating staleness, barely cooked, bland, and couldn't tell if any dressing was on it. First time ordering because Luciano's line kept ringing. Now I know why...

There was a misunderstanding with my order but the manager the night of 9/16 made it right and EVERYTHING was delicious!!!!! I made sure to call him and tell him thank you and I appreciated the great service!!
I wish i could leave a negative review!!! Ordered 6 wings and a hoagie, over 30 bucks for a 6 inch sandwich and 6 tiny wings with no seasoning, I'll never order from them again!!!! What a rip off!!!!!
Saw some bad reviews, but tried out garlic butter parm and Steel city wings anyway. They were great! I will definitely order wings from here again!
If you like bacon, try the opt blt, it's huge. Great Wings and sandwiches. It's a small place in white oak, no indoor seating.
