I had the pineapple burger with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. The service was genuinely lovely. Overly friendly and helpful in the best of ways.The burger was very tasty, but was a bit slippery. The strawberry shake was delicious and worth the price. The onion rings were disappointing because they just tasted bland sadly, but they were still good and a fair portion size with a good number of ketchup packets.Good experience in the overall, mainly worth it for the staff.
Great little place! The pulled pork poutine was on point! We ordered burgers to go for a group of 10 and they appreciated our order so much that they gave us a free box of donuts. That really says a lot (plus they were delicious! . Food was ready fast, even with the larger order, and the burgers were very juicy. I’d recommend for a fast and easy meal ?
This burger place is perfect for satisfying late night cravings! The Beyond the Meat burger is deliciously smoky, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We appreciate the quick service and the extra pickles. Vegetarian options: The smoky vegetarian burger was also fantastic!

The burger was decent. Very tasty however little smaller in comparison to other places. The fries were fresh and delicious. I suggest not charging and quibbling over a side of sauce. Overall I would recommend for burger and fries.
So, I went back to big smoke to give it a chance. Since I had a bad experience of slow service before but then I regret coming back! The girl who prepared my burger did not use gloves with her fake nails! It's disgusting.
I have tried the Big Smoke Burger before and really liked it. I have also had their poutine in the past and found it to be pretty good. My new favorite is the chorizo poutine, it reminds me of Smoke's Poutinerie.
Burgers are very different from what you see from the menu. They don't have any taste to say the least. Salad was really bad, tasted like fridge. To make things worse really expensive for what you get.

Burgers are juicy and tasty and buns are really soft and fresh. They have the best fries in Toronto. I usually go for the walk-in special for around $10 you get burger, small fries and a drink.
