Big Tasty - Reserva de mesa

This is the fourth consecutive time that Big Tasty has failed to deliver my complimentary items. My order tonight totaled £36, plus a delivery charge. I didn’t receive my complimentary prawn crackers with my last three orders, despite making phone calls to remind them. I even added a note to my order tonight, but unfortunately, I still didn’t receive the complimentary spring rolls as promised on their website. I've been a longtime customer of Big Tasty, but I feel they're not valuing their customers, so I will be looking for a new Chinese takeaway from now on.

I ordered food last night and now have staph food poisoning due to the poor personal hygiene of the staff. It's alarming how such diseases can be transmitted through handling food without proper handwashing. This place is unacceptable and should be shut down. I ordered a tray of chips, chicken balls, and two servings of egg fried rice, one with curry sauce and spring rolls, around 8 PM. A woman served us at the counter while I was with my aunt and partner.

Absolutely disgusting food everything was cold my friend was 10p short from what they bought then I ordered a bottle of coke that was £2.90 I gave the lady £3 and she goes thanks and bye didn’t bother to give me Change stood there for 10 minutes for a couple of them to look at me and walk back into the kitchen there attitude was disgusting never going there again

Had my first order last night although it was a 1 1/2 hr before it turned up and then they forgot my pomadoms but after i rang them the driver came back with them. It was well worth it Good size potions and hot and tasty, i will be knocking my old Chinese on the head after using them for years. Reserva una mesa ahora

I phoned up to order and the women was nice and polite but when my food was delivered the delivery driver was rude. When I asked how much it was cus I didn't hear him properly he shouted the he gave me a horrible moody look but on the plus side the food was nice and hot

Standard takeout place for my family, quality is consistent, especially good salt and chilli options. Good times on delivery usually early. Cash only for calling in person I believe, called in yesterday on the way home (as opposed to normally ordering online)

Food ordered for quarter to 6 I received it 25 past 6 phoned the shop not interested In what I have to day our meal was cold Disgusting service for a 25 pounds not going there again

My family has Chinese heritage, so I truly appreciate authentic Chinese cuisine—and this place serves it majestically! It is a bit on the expensive side, but I think it's worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's was awful no taste whats so ever it was horrendous and it cost us 47 pounds horrendous
