Big T's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Unfortunately I just had the worst experience ever for my first time here. I tried to be respectful and polite but the issue was not resolved properly. Not only was I given a pizza cold to the touch, the mozzarella sticks were as well. As I explained to the assistant manager who said his name was Angel, I can forgive the mozzarella sticks but the pizza is ICE COLD the cheese is hard! And the dough is undercooked. He explained there might have been a mix up from YESTERDAYS ORDER under the same name. He said the most he could do is re warm the pizza if I drove there or give 20 percent off. I told him after I was told there might be a chance the pizza was made yesterday I’ll DRIVE BACK THERE PE...

This was the second time my family ordered from Big T 's and both times there was insufficient sauce. My most recent 'meat lovers ' pizza was either overcooked or too close to an open flame as the meat was overly crispy to the point the pepperonis shriveled up and the bacon turned into little 'rocks ' that were too hard to enjoy or safely eat. In the customer note section of the online ordering form, I specifically requested four (04) parmesan cheese packets, but I was given four (04) crushed red pepper packets.The only commendation I have is for the delivery driver, who was very respectful, friendly, and courteous.

Hands-down, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the Rialto area in a long time. My family and I moved here about four years ago and we haven’t really found like the pizza place for us but I think we have now!! To attribute to the freshness of their pizza we’ve been eating it for the past three days and warmed up in the microwave… It tastes just as fresh still it’s so crazy. We did have a small hiccup when picking up the our order but when I called them to let them know what was wrong they made things right immediately!

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza (6 slices), and I feel like it's more of a personal pizza to me, but I digress, plus a medium mexican pizza (8 slices) which in my opinion is about a regular size pizza. Pre-ordered these pies online and picked them up in about 15-20 minutes, they are very delicious I must say 8.5/10. My kids and I've been purchasing Big T's pizza for quite some time they always amazing people friendly Kid-friendliness: kid friendly.. do you have a lunch special personal pan pizzas comes with the a drink that's very popular for the kids

Every time I call it seems like their girls are high and always forget people on hold poor customer service but I love the food.And hes my neighbor. He needs better customer service for his business.

The pizza is delicious and also has options to order bigger sizes than other places. My go to now.
