Everything is delicious, I think they have some of the best sea food on LI. There are two negatives in my opinion. 1. The food is very pricey in my opinion and two you are on top of the road. In the summer when they have it open and cars are stopped at the red light, sometimes you can smell them and definitely hear them on top of you.
My daughter had a clam chowder craving. We happened to stumble across Bigelow’s and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The place is clean and comfortable. Servers were friendly. Our New England Clam Chowder and Seafood Bisque bowls were delicious. Will definitely return in the future.
No frills place with delicious fried clam strips. The chowder on the other hand is very salty and has corn which is very odd to me. It’s also spendy and don’t taste fresh. Service is quick and awesome, get the fried stuff, skip the soup!

Very old school joint doing things right. Friendly staff and always moving. Fresh food and tasty. Great seafood. Neighborhood joint. Small parking lot that gets tight but street parking is there. Very cozy atmosphere.
A gem on the island. Some of the freshest fried seafood around. I'de recommend their famous fried ipswich clams, clam chowder, and the lobster roll. You won't be disappointed.
I have been coming here for about 20 years and never a bad meal it’s always perfect and the service is excellent.
