The girls working 12/20 and 12/21 in the morning are absolutely horrible.. they are rude and condescending for no reason. I feel like I'm right back in high school dealing with mean girls when coming here. I love the food and drinks, but these girls make it an unbearable moment and for no apparent reason. I really do try to be the kindest I can to fast food employees. I truly wish I knew the reason behind their behavior.. so disappointing.Update: to be more thorough about my experience here; I was SCOLDED by a young girl here about ordering online. Whilst rudely scolding me, she made it clear she did NOT want me using drive thru for ONLINE orders. I simply agreed and said it wouldn't happen...

Such a lovely coffee place with amazing people working in here! Always welcoming, friendly and fast service! superb quality of coffee and food! definitely recommend for hanging out with friends as they have lots of table games to play and a board of stickers where you can live a message! Quality of coffee is probably the best in the area!
Great coffee place! Probably the best one in the city of Clawson and nearby areas. Taste of lattes is always on top, service is friendly and fast! and the ambiance is great! Highly recommend trying the hot lattes with an extra shot of espresso, as they usually have a free extra shot on Friday, that is a great way to get the day going!

I will drive out of my way and go to the Biggby in Berkley because that’s how often this location messes up my drinks.Also seems like they mess up your drink on purpose if you choose not to tip them. Classy.
This Biggby is an awesome location for drive-through and for coffee in, we meet here as volunteers for Creative Society to discuss how literally save the world asap ? mint choc hot latte us a hit for me
Best drive through staff around. Everyone's friendly and very professional. My coffee is always great. Whoever does the hiring has been very successful. I always leave a tip.
I use the drive through. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good coffee, whether hot or cold. Bragel breakfast bagel fills me up and is still available after 1100 AM.

Love Biggby! I prefer it over Starbucks. The shop in Clawson is really friendly and makes great drinks.
