So usually this is the place to go in the morning. I’ve been coming here for years, everyone’s cool as heck which is why I’m giving it a high rating.The only issue is specifically something that occurred today, November 3rd of 2023 when some entitled menace of a human being in a red Chevy TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES to cut in front of a line of people. They literally just drove right up to the window like no one was behind them. And the people at the window just… took her order???? I’m sorry, but what? You just let people with big main character energy get away with that when they’re comedic side character at best?? Nope.Never coming here again. Not at 4pm. 2pm? Maybe. 3pm? Too risky.Please staf...
I was really disappointed with my experience. The cookies were terrible; they were overly sweet and doughy, so I ended up tossing them in the trash. The bagel was just as bad, so that got thrown away too. The only highlight was the mocha frozen latte, which was delicious. The woman making the lattes was friendly, but I had an awkward moment with a guy who had red hair. He asked if I wanted to pay for the items I was holding, even though I had already paid. After I told him that, he walked away and whispered something rude to the woman making the drinks, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, I spent $18 on food that I threw away, and I won't be returning.
I recently visited BIGGBY COFFEE, and while the food was okay, this place is an absolute for coffee lovers! The Pumpkin Spice Latte and Sweet Foam Pumpkin Cold Brew were delightful fall treats. ? This is my favorite Biggby location! The staff here are always fun and friendly. They prepare delicious food and amazing drinks, and they're very helpful if you're unsure about what to order.

Why is the music so loud???? Can’t even hear myself think trying to work in this place
